For Direct Bookings Through Our Website

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience, no refund will be issued.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.

If it is more than 24 hours before the start time of the experience, you can cancel your reservation yourself through the booking confirmation email.

Reservations Made Through External Platforms

For reservations made through external platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor, byFood, or other third-party booking sites, the cancellation policy of each respective platform will apply.
